I graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in Southern California in 2016. Patient comfort is very important to me and I strive to make the patient’s time in the dental chair a good experience as possible through gentle and empathetic care.  I lived in Southern California my whole life until I got married to my husband, who is from Washington, in 2020. Being surrounded by so much green and nature, I fell in love with Washington instantly and have made it my home.  I enjoy traveling, gardening, exploring nature, collecting and listening to records, and spending time with my husband.

My name is Latesha and I have been passionate about dentistry for the past 11 years. The best part of my job is seeing all our wonderful patients walking out with their beautiful smiles every day.

Our family atmosphere with our patients and our team is what makes our office such a special place and sets us apart from others. I am truly honored to be a part of such an amazing team.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, shopping and spending time with family and friends.

With over 10 years of experience in the dental field, Sarah has a wealth of knowledge and has a true passion for patient care. Having worked in many different roles within the office— from assisting in procedures to managing the front desk, serving as a lab tech, and even maintaining dental equipment— Sarah is an integral part of the Defiance Dental team. She thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves staying busy while ensuring everything runs smoothly for both patients and staff. When she’s not caring for patients, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors, soccer, and indulging in all things Disney. She is happily married to her husband, whom she’s known since sixth grade, and together they share a home filled with love and laughter, along with their four fur babies—two cats and two dogs. Family and friends are at the heart of everything she does, and being with them brings her the greatest joy. At Defiance Dental, Sarah brings a personal touch to every patient interaction, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and well cared for.

Meet Kristin, RDH, BS – Dental Hygienist With a bright smile and a gentle touch, Kristin brings both professionalism and heart to every dental visit. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene and has a passion for helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their oral health. Whether she’s scaling your teeth or sharing the best flossing tips, Kristin is all about making your smile shine. When she’s not in the office, she’s busy being Mom to her two energetic little boys—who keep her on her toes and laughing constantly. She loves a good, iced coffee, sporting events with her family, or taking walks with her boys to the park. Her goal? To make every patient feel like family—and maybe even make you enjoy coming to the dentist!  

I’m a dedicated dental hygienist with a passion for providing gentle, thorough care to every patient. With 15 years of experience, l focus on preventive dentistry and patient education to help create healthy, confident smiles. I strives to make every dental visit a comfortable and positive experience. When I’m not at the office, I love spending my time with family and friends. I love to travel, but I also love living here in the Pacific Northwest.

With over 26 years in the dental field, Alicia is a caring Expanded Function dental auxiliary (EFDA/RDA) who specializes in restorative work and loves helping patients feel at ease while receiving quality care. With a gentle touch and a friendly smile, she works closely with the team to make every visit a positive experience. Outside the office, Alicia enjoys exercising, spending time with family and friends, and playing with her dog Lulu.

Hello! I am Emily, one of Defiance Dental Office Administrators. I have been in the dental field for 2 years starting as an Endo Dental Assistant. I was looking for more of a patient-oriented experience within dental, when Dr. Sekhon reached out to me (I was his former Nanny from 2018-2020), I knew I could not pass on the opportunity to work with him or his wonderful staff. I am very excited to see my dental experience grow with such a great team.
In my free time, I love to spend it with my high school sweetheart and our fur babies at home. You can also find me enjoying camping, dining and pottery painting.
I look forward to helping patients feel at ease with scheduling at our office and taking care of any questions or concerns.
