I graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in Southern California in 2016. Patient comfort is very important to me and I strive to make the patient’s time in the dental chair a good experience as possible through gentle and empathetic care. I lived in Southern California my whole life until I got married to my husband, who is from Washington, in 2020. Being surrounded by so much green and nature, I fell in love with Washington instantly and have made it my home. I enjoy traveling, gardening, exploring nature, collecting and listening to records, and spending time with my husband.

Dr Sekhon and the entire team at Defiance Dental are fast, incredibly professional, and do excellent work (from my experience). I have had a lot of trouble finding a dentist I could trust to do a good job and not recommend procedures I did not need. Dr Sekhon and Defiance won my trust and my continued business.

All the staff are so nice and accommodating. They helped me through my dental anxiety and worked with me to get everything done as quickly as possible. 10/10

What an amazing dental office. Everyone was very kind and welcoming from start to finish. Staff and Dentist took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process and ensure my comfort throughout. They resolved my urgent dental need with excellent proficiency. I am beyond grateful for them. Would definitely recommend.

This was my second time at Defiance Dental and I continue to have such a great experience. Kristin remains the greatest hygienist I’ve had and has such a gentle touch. From start to finish a very relaxing and comfortable time!

Excellent experience. I just moved to Tacoma and I was looking to establish care with a new dentist. The team at Defiance Dental was so welcoming, and Dr. Sekhon was incredible. He took the time to explain what he was seeing during my dental exam, showed me the pictures and X-rays so I understood his recommendations, and answered my questions. The office itself is stunning - going to the dentist is not always fun, but all the windows with the view of the water made the experience a lot more relaxing. Highly recommended Defiance Dental in Old Town.
