Rachel is also deeply passionate about building strong relationships with patients, always making them feel comfortable and valued. Excellent experience. I just moved to Tacoma and I was looking to establish care with a new dentist. The team at Defiance Dental was so welcoming, and Dr. Sekhon was incredible. He took the time to explain what he was seeing during my dental exam, showed me the pictures and X-rays so I understood his recommendations, and answered my questions. The office itself is stunning - going to the dentist is not always fun, but all the windows with the view of the water made the experience a lot more relaxing. Highly recommended Defiance Dental in Old Town.

I felt they where extremely friendly and helpfull. I am in a electric wheelchair and I was able to get around very well. I had to stand for some exrays, which was a little tense but was able to hold on to the machine. The nurse was very nice and the doctor came in and was very nice also. I would recommend them 100% I only wish they had a dental surgeon there.

I had a molar break at the beginning of a 3 day holiday (of course!). I had just moved to Tacoma, and hadn't yet found a new dentist. I called all the dentists listed through my insurance. No surprise that they were all closed. Defiance was the only one that sent an automated text back to me. When I reached back out to them, they had me come in immediately. I required a crown to fix the damage. Great care was taken to make sure it was all done properly and that I was not in any discomfort. When the crown was made, they even built it to correct a problem left from my orthodontics when I was a teenager. Not only was my crown done the same day, I now have a new dentist. Highly recommend!!!

The bar doesn’t get any higher than this. As a self-admitted high-maintenance patient with a very full plate, I’ve come to rely on Dr. Sekhon’s practice not only for their exceptional clinical care, but for their rare level of dedication and compassion.
Dr. Sekhon and his staff have consistently gone above and beyond for me, even staying late to accommodate my needs. Their attention to detail, patience, and professionalism never cease to impress me. You’re never rushed, never just a number, and always treated with the highest level of care.
Finding a dental office that feels both high-tech and deeply human is rare, but somehow this team has mastered both. I genuinely can’t recommend them enough. Now moving, I am so nervous to find another dental family :(

I had a great experience here. They fit me in on short notice. Making appt was easy and staff was very friendly. Hygienist was best I’ve ever had (dentist was cool too😎). Cool office with views of the water. State of the art equipment. Way better than my previous dentist practice. I recommend them highly!!!! 👍🏻👍🏻❤️❤️
